SHIPPING POLICY
We deliver to most places in India.
1. SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES
Domestic Orders: Product prices displayed are inclusive of all taxes and duties. Free delivery within India on orders above Rs. 500. Shipping charges will be applicable based on final delivery destination on all orders below Rs. 500. Detail rates will be shown at check out. International Orders: All shipping and handling charges including applicable duties will need to be borne by the customer. The customer must pay the shipping charges at the time of placing the order and the customs duty & taxes levied by destination country needs to be paid to the logistic partner at the time of delivery. SHIPPING PARTNER Blue Dart Express TIME TO DELIVER Delivery times may vary based on the destination; however, our best efforts will be made to ensure timely delivery. All domestic orders will take about 5-7 days (some exceptions may apply) for delivery from the day of order confirmation. International orders take between 7-21 days for delivery from the day of order confirmation.
2. SHIPPING RESTRICTION
Any items notified by our courier companies to be restricted and/or banned and/or prohibited from time to time(including but not limited to animals, bullion, currency, bearer from negotiable instruments, precious metals and stones, firearms or parts thereof and ammunition, human remains, pornography and illegal narcotics/drugs).
3. IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only and do take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched. The courier company will attempt 2 deliveries, post that the goods shall be returned to the company. Reshipping charges will be levied as and when applicable. All orders require a signature upon receipt.
4. TRANSIT INSURANCE
All products will be fully insured by Divine Cosmetics LLP until they reach you, so your purchase is 100% safe. We require a signature for all goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by Divine Cosmetics LLP and transfer of responsibility in the same way.
